Treatments used at Middlebrook Wellness & Aesthetics, LLC are not intended to treat or cure any medical conditions or diseases, and might not be considered a medical necessity. Treatments rendered are for the purpose of improving your quality of life. We do not take the place of your primary care provider. You will need to continue with routine care through your own primary care provider and notify them of treatments prescribed and performed at Middlebrook Wellness & Aesthetics LLC. Having an appointment with Middlebrook Wellness & Aesthetics LLC does not necessarily entitle everyone to have a procedure/treatment performed. Every individual is different, and it is at the medical providers discretion to issue treatment.
Treatments, products, and prices at Middlebrook Wellness & Aesthetics LLC are subject to change at any time. Some services and products are subject to CT Sales tax and will be added to those services and products at the time of payment.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds for treatments/services rendered or products sold at Middlebrook Wellness & Aesthetics LLC. Deposits are required to secure an appointment and will be credited towards the total cost of the service provided. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To accommodate all of our clients fairly and to respect our staff's time, we require more than 24 hours notice for any cancellation or change to your appointment.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit is forfeited and will be used as a cancellation fee instead of being credited towards a future service.

No-Show: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be charged a $100 No Show Fee.

Clients will be discharged from Middlebrook Wellness & Aesthetics and will not be allowed to return if they:
- are repeatedly late to their appointments
- repeatedly late cancellations and late appointment changes
- No Show more than once
